As an industry leader in the microarray field, we have developed a series of SOP’s that allow us to reproducibly generate data sets of the highest quality. Our validated protocols consistently result in sample-to-sample variability of less than 0.5% (industry standard is 2.0%).

Gene expression and genotyping microarrays have revolutionized the drug discovery process by allowing for genome wide screening for novel therapeutic targets. Genome Explorations will go one step further and provide reliable data in a GLP compliant format for use in FDA approval studies.
Process
A series of quality control tests, perfected by our scientists, are carried out on every sample the moment it is received by Genome Explorations. The tests are specifically designed to verify the suitability of samples for GeneChip array hybridization. We will notify you immediately if the samples fail any of our QC steps allowing you to replace any problematic samples before we proceed with the experiment. All samples that pass our stringent QC parameters are processed to completion using validated SOP’s. All data sets generated, raw and analyzed, are delivered to our clients via secure FTP servers.
